Week in photos

We had one last visit with the cat before his owners returned from their trip.


It was very humid at the start of the week.



On the highway this came to a very quick stop in front of me and I nearly hit it. I think it may be a habit for the vehicle in question…


Tuesday we had some strange weather.


At one point when having a strong thunderstorm, the sky turned green.

It was very hard to catch that on the camera as the camera kept trying to correct the bad color balance.
Then, the sky turned orange.

Turned out there was a tornado about 15miles(25km) south of here. Glad it didn’t come closer.

But, the weather improved for the rest of the week.



Glad I wasn’t going north tonight.

Yeah, my skin crawls when I see the sky turn green. Glad to say I have never seen the orange quite like that without a sunset. I hope the tornado had zero fatalities.

I don't think I've ever seen the sky turn green, but I have seen that effect where there is a very yellow/orange light cast over everything after a storm. It's very unsettling!

I think we got the orange sky here at Frogholm. But since it was in the evening, I just assumed it was a golden sunset until everyone was all "Tornado sky!!!!" over on Facebook.

Pretty much, yeah. He is our Hooligan. We didn't name him ourselves, but it really fits him! He can be very sweet, but thinks it disses his street cred.
