Last sword practice of 2014

Even more leaves on the ground these days.

We stopped at storage for some of the fire stuff and then drove through Worcester to the highway.

The sky was really weird today. That is the unaltered color. Don’t know what’s up with it.

But, when the sun came through, the leaves still there looked good.

And, there are some places still green.

I remain glad I do not have to rake leaves.

It was cool enough to have the heaters going at practice.

There are only three of us doing sword fighting next week. So, if I have the camera, the photos are of the other two…

Do not put swords up your nose.

(Down south a year or two ago one of our members was giving sword lessons with one of the thin swords and the kid did get him in the nose. As we had told him never to use those swords for lessons, one we sure he was OK, he didn't get much sympathy from us.)
Much like the swords last week, this week we sorted out the fire stuff we need for next week.

This is it for props for next week, swords and fire.

Of course, there will still be the tent.
But, the car is still far less full than normal.

We need luggage for 4 people and the tent on the roof.
We’re not going to have practice in November and December, so this was the last practice of the year.
It will be nice to have Sundays free. But, I will miss it too.
