It was a beautiful fall day.

But, we were delayed getting to practice due to turkeys on the road.

It is probably good I wasn’t the first car in line. I’m not a big fan of those dinosaurs.

This is where my wife works.

The trees are very nice this time of year.

The folks who rent us practice space have cleaned out more space for us. That’s nice, but after October, we’re going to take November and December off.

We did a bunch of practicing for next weekend’s show.

Then, back home. It’s a nice drive past a whole bunch of nice sights.

The news vans were no longer outside the hospital. So, I hope that means the guy did not have a relapse of Ebola…

Date: 2014-10-06 01:50 pm (UTC)These days you often see hawks, turkeys, groundhogs and other animals that I used to only see in zoos when I was young.
It's nice to have them back.
I call them dinosaurs as birds are decended from dinosaurs. And, turkeys still think they are feared alpha predators. I once saw one try to intimidate a car on the highway. It did not end well for the turkey.
