This morning my wife and I went to see Wanted.

It was OK.
20 years ago when we were writing the comic book together, there was a class of beings that was VERY similar to the concept of this movie.
Seeing a movie based on such a similar idea made me like it more than I think I would have otherwise.
I did like the cast. Morgan Freeman I almost always like. Terence Stamp has been one of my favorites for ages.
Even Angelina Jolie, who I guess I’m one of the few who does not find her attractive, does a good job acting.
Thomas Kretschmann gets about two sentences of dialog, but my wife and I both thought he did well just expressing things with his face on screen.
The director has done other movies I liked.
But, it never seemed to really come together for me. I think they spent too much time making Mr & Mrs Smith meet the Matrix, and not enough time making Wanted.
And, the main character never really connected with me. Only the final line in the entire movie made me feel anything for him.
But, I still like the concept…
