1) We can not be happy unless we think we are the means to happiness in others
2) When it gets dark enough, you can see the stars
3) Opportunity always knocks at the least opportune moment
4) You can’t learn less

6) Look forward to great fortune and a new lease on life
7) He who climbs a ladder must begin at the first step

10) Catch on fire with enthusiasm and people will come for miles to watch you burn

Date: 2014-09-11 03:42 pm (UTC)On the other hand, I know what they intended with this one, but it doesn't work for me. "Catch on fire with enthusiasm and people will come for miles to watch you burn" Even though they don't mean burn-burn, it still just feels wrong to me.
