Saturday with family

fbhjrYesterday we drove over to my wife’s cousins and picked up her Aunt and Uncle.
They’re up from Florida a bit for medical reasons, so we took them out to lunch.
We had a very nice lunch at O’Connor’s and then went back to her cousin’s house.
Her cousin was asleep as he is a police officer who works the night shift, but his wife visited with us for a while.
After a few hours we headed out again.
Just down the road from there is where my wife lived when we first met 31 years ago.
We stopped at the shopping area and saw a car just like mine. The first one is the other, the second one mine:
We parked back to back.
It looked like we left my wife’s cousin’s at a good time as a big storm seemed to come over it…
Not a bad day at all.
