Last night my wife and I went to the local pizza place as we often do. As we sat there, there was a significant thunderstorm that rolled through. It lasted only the length of time we ate.
When we got home there was a rainbow in the sky over our apartment complex.

I thought that was a nice way to start summer. Things may have gone wrong in the past, but a sign of hope moving on.

Today we did a job for the Marlborough library. They were doing a kids reading faire to kick off the summer reading program. This years theme was about dragons, so they hired us.

I did, finally, get a picture of our new sign that

blue_micha’s mother made us.

blue_micha has been working on her costume a lot lately and last weekend added a new hat. Given the colors we thought it might work just as well for Tom.

The show went well enough. We did a kids comedy show and then sword fight demos. The young kids seemed to like the first better. The older kids seemed to like the second.

Maybe I shouldn’t have made fun of Tom wearing her hat?
