At the previous two work buildings coffee was free. But, now that we’re in the $14,000,000 building, they have to charge $0.50 a cup.
I don’t mind as I don’t drink coffee. But, I do like tea. And, sometimes just hot water.
So, I was annoyed that they charge the same for hot water as for coffee.
But, my boss solved the problem.
“I know how to get hot water and not pay $.50,” he told me.
“How?” I asked.
“You pour free water from the water filter into a cup.”
“OK, then what?”
“You put it in the microwave and heat it!”
That is why he gets the big bucks…

Our new office may be hella broke but there's a tea pot and at tea shelf (no coffee allowed)

How about if you took an electic kettle/jug to work for tea.

I think it's ridiculous you get charged the same amount for hot water and a tea bag at places as you do for coffee. So unfair
