This morning we headed into Boston.

But, we stopped to get croissants at the Swiss bakery just outside the city first.

Then, the MFA.

My wife wanted to see the Samurai exhibit before it left.

They had some interesting things.

Much like European armor, they had problems making it bullet proof. And, did the same kind of tests on it to prove it.

They had some very interesting helmets.

Then off to see one of the ninja turtles.

Not really what I was expecting.

But, they did have a nice bench.

We also saw the “Blue and White” exhibit.

Some interesting things in blue and white.

I liked things in other exhibits better.

I am still not feeling all that well. So, I spent even more time than normal on the benches waiting. But, I did spend some on one of my favorite art museum benches.

I did also spend some time in the art museum’s temple.

They do now have a place where you can see things being restored.

There was a debate if the fixtures on the benches outside the museum are art, or just there to keep people from sliding down them on skateboards.

Then we drove back to Worcester and had lunch at O’Connors.

Once we got home I took a long nap and that did make me feel better. But, I’m still hoping for some sleep tonight.
