Mystic Realms day 2

As it’s been a few days since I took these photos, I’m tired and I’ve got a cold, I’m just going to make up a story about them that may or may not have much to do with what was really going on.

My wife was having a bad hair day.


blue_micha had to tape her feet back together after kicking butt day 1.


I have no idea what Tom was doing.


John and I had to polish our swords before the show.


Lots of people were there to witness that.


Reactions to it were mixed.


Television witches were consulted.


John seemed to get on with the ladies after polishing his sword.


My wife decided to look into goats.


But, she could not have a goat of her own and sadly returned to the tent.


She quickly retired inside to lie down.


Tom felt the anguish.


This tension was expressed with swords.



Eventually my wife did emerge and things got better.


The German dice game was brought out.


But, this makes it rain.


I had some blue plastic food.


And, a rainbow came out.


This was distracting to trucks and they dove across lots of traffic to get away from it.

I think it was the blue plastic food, not the game.

It is shaved ice with a blue flavoring added to it that is supposed to taste like raspberries.
It doesn't.
It might taste blue.
But, that's the most I'll give it.

This show does tend to be very hot. (30 to 35) So, we often go for ice based things to cool off.
