Connection problems

When we got home from work yesterday the Internet was down.
But it was game night, so we went to that and didn't fix it.
Today we found it was our Airport router.
So, I took it to the Apple store at the crowded mall 20 miles from us.
I walked in and explained the problem.
"You really should have made an appointment," the man said.
"I would have, but this is broken," I said holding up my Airport.
He laughed and patted me on the back.
"We'll done, sir," he said.

Now my wife and I are having lunch at our favorite Indian restaurant, then back for my appointment.

Well, admittedly those Apple stores are always PACKED with people. (I'm remembering going in to get my iPad 'fixed' -- meaning replaced...)

You know, if I had thought about the whole "day before Mother's Day" thing, I might not have come to the mall today.
But, yes, appointments are needed at the Apple store today...
