So far, we gone to a Disney park, and two art museums.

While I will admit there were few signs of an apocalypse there were a few:

And, in the morning there was strange writing on the outside of our hotel window:

Since we're on the 3rd floor above the lobby roof, that does seem a bit strange to me.
But, with the apocalypse over, we went off to spend the day with family.
We drove up to

Their train was going full tilt.

Jar-Jar Binks with a lightsaber is beating up someone on the back of the train. I thought it was a TIE fighter pilot, but I am assured it is Darth Vader.

Who is getting beaten up is not as much of a worry to me as Jar-Jar with a lightsaber. But, that's another issue.
There is a nice used bookshop in town as well as a farmer's market on Saturday mornings, so we headed downtown.
I'm not sure why they put their bikes on benches when there were bike stands, but it seems a popular thing to do.

I guess Disney wanted a town to use a Kermit the Frog's home town in a movie, and Winter Garden won. So, Disney rebuilt the downtown to be more like the famous frog's place of birth.
Looks nice.

And, they have a nice used bookshop.

I found a copy of the John Christopher Tripod Trilogy (not with that prequel book he wrote later) that I bought. I had been thinking about those stories just a few days before, so it was a bit strange to find them there.
I also bought something labeled "Very unusual carved orb, with stand, $4.95".

I figure it will be a prop for something in one of our shows. I don't know for what, when or what show, but unusual carved orbs always go to use. Especially ones for less than $5.
Then, off to the Farmer's Market.

My cousins sat by the fountain and discussed our issues with the Hobbit movie while my wife got us lots of nice jams and jellies. We also popped into the French bakery and bought some croissants that were excellent for breakfast today.
Then we went off to a pub for lunch.

My cousins seem convinced we only eat pub food. It is true that our favorite place at home is a pub, and my wife often looks for pubs down here for her uncle.
So, we did assure them that we could do other places in the future.
And, this particular put had a big map of Ireland painted on the ceiling. Looking at it, I knew something was wrong. It took me a minute as I'm bad with the whole left/right thing, but then I realized the map was backwards.

So, my wife is not going to suggest that place for her uncle.
Next, back to my cousin's place to tour the garden.

Thomas has had his garden certified as a butterfly garden.

He tells me that such certification is a long arduous process that involves writing a check and mailing it to people before they send you a sign.
He does also have a lot of cactus.

The butterflies appeared to be ambivalent towards the cactus.
He also has a plant that smells like popcorn.

In the evening we went back to their parent's place to make more cookies. We saw some excellent examples of the kind of driving here in Orlando.

We had Japanese food for dinner, made a lot of cookies, totally failed to stop an argument over rail service with said cookies and then went back to the hotel
