Wow, eras end fast

Less than two weeks ago, my aunt put her summer place up for sale and apparently she is already accepting an offer for more than half a million dollars.
While I am sad to see the place I spent my summers growing up being sold, I'm glad my aunt did so well in selling it and getting good money for it.
She was worried about what retirement home she and her husband could afford. This should help that out a fair bit.

But, I can't lie. Sad to see it go.

It was hard to see both of my grandparent's houses go out of the family.
