Yesterday’s practice

Yesterday was a very nice fall day.



We went through the stuff my wife bought from our old member last week.

It was described as a “need or greed” review of the material.

There was some sword fighting.


And, a lot of discussion about what we’re doing at the shows in 3 weeks. And, reminders of old fights to be done again.


As an aside, my gloves are getting stiffer.


blue_micha found that rondel daggers can made good iPad stands.


But, not when they’re being used in a fight.


The new bucklers seem to be working well.


On the way home we saw this sign.

I know it is for “Flu Shots”, but I thought it was funny.

That’s 13 photos. If you listen to certain dwarves, 13 is bad and I should get a hobbit.
But, that only leads to rings of power, the rise of evil and large battles.
Just as well I hold at 13.
