Game night August

It started off pretty rainy.


This led to flooding. This led to the fire department. I’m not sure exactly how.

But, it did slow down traffic quite a bit.

Once we started up the grill at yebo & zosh place, the rain really started.


yebo had declared it sausage month, so that’s what most of what was on the grill.


It rained a lot.


Some people did not brave the rain to cook.


As soon as we shut off the grill, the rain stopped.


It looked like most of the storm was north of us anyhow. Given the tornado warnings and such, I’m just as happy.


Inside folks visited while others played games.


The first game we played was a spy game where you try and guess who is the spy.


We were sad that cosmicirony wasn’t there as it would have been the perfect game for him.

Then, a game of Girl Genius. A good game, but when played defensively, can go on for a long, long time.


Still a good night even if not a lot of folks braved the rain.
