I hate spring

It always takes me by surprise. I’m sitting there one day, usually in
April, saying “why do I feel like crap today?”
The, after a few hours of pondering that, I get around to checking the
pollen levels. 10.1 on a scale that goes to 12. Almost all tree pollen.
Yeah, that would do it.

It’s nice that it gets warmer. It’s nice that the sun stays up later.
But, I really hate the plants having sex in my lungs.
I’ve never found a medication that has much effect on it either. Usually
they just turn me into zombies. So zombie due to allergies or zombie due
to medication. Not much of a choice.
Maybe everything is dead in the winter, but at least it keeps out of my
lungs.
