Going to practice today we discovered that 395 is the Law and Order Highway.
Just like the show it has those “Bump-Bumps”.

Again we had a lot of folks at practice.

[livejournal.com profile] perrin_o_ravnos joined in, but kept his sword backwards to show he is still working as a consultant.

Then, we went through the stage acts for Silver Kingdom.

It seems like for The Boy Who Cried Wolf, it is better to have more sheep.

But, too many and they form gangs.

The big bad wolf was not impressed.

We also ran through Firebird again.

Devon did not seem sure about Tom’s methods.

Everyone else was fine with it.

Others were practicing their fights.

Although mostly sunny, a thunder storm was quickly approaching, so we ended a bit early.

As soon as the sword were packed, the rabbits came out.

I just stared at the that thunder cloud picture, enviously, for about 85 seconds straight.

Er, editing to add: i live in the desert. :)

If you liked that one, I should have taken pictures of the storm yesterday. Pouring rain for several hours...

Have I ever told you about K's version of the boy who cried wolf? It really summed up her personality. (She never really grasped the point of the real version...)

Anyway, In K's version, the boy kept crying "Wolf!" and all the townspeople came out and when they saw there was no wolf, they had a big party with the boy as the hero. Every time he did it.

That sums up K as a kid.

In our version the sheep are very tough and bet up the shepherd and the wolf...

Sounds good!

I forget the title, but there's a mystery novel in which the herd of sheep- working together- solve the murder of their shepherd. It's pretty weird but interesting.
