Hallowed snow?

We woke up to some snow this morning.

We only got about 6”.

Other areas of the state got more than 20”, so we’re fairly lucky.
But, some folks weren’t so lucky.

It may look pretty up in the trees, but when it makes the trees come down it is not so nice.

Normally, my wife and I park our cars next to each other. But, yesterday someone took the space next to the coupe, so we parked one space up.
I guess it is a good thing as a tree got the middle space.

It only swept some of the snow off of the coupe.

It made it a bit tough to get into the Subaru, but I managed and put it in a better space.

Finding another space to put it in was tough as trees hang over most of the lot.

I wasn’t the only one who thought so as no one was parking in the spots under the low hanging trees.

It had been a fairly large branch that snapped over the Jeep.

I did walk around some to see more of the snow. I being the first person to walk in the snow.

Of course, that means I ruin it for everyone else.

But, the workmen will do that soon anyhow.

I did find one of the snowballs that formed after plowing funny.

The basketball court seemed to have a big problem with the trees.

I did make a small snowman.

The day is very nice.

And, our apartment is nice, warm and dry.

We were going to have our dress rehearsal for Mobile today. But, the place we have our practice has lost power. So, we’re staying home today. I can’t say I’m too sad about it, but I am worried about losing practice time.

This year, I got to do it before seeing them.
