Every man has his price

After much reflection my wife and I decided to look into getting iPhones.
The fact that any company other than the one we’ve used for 9 years, Sprint, would give us a $450 discount each was a pretty powerful incentive to change companies.
We thought about it a lot.

This morning, we set off for the Apple Store.

We got there 15 minutes after they opened, and there was already a line.

The person who was making sure you were in the right line told me that they were only sold out of Sprint phones. You could get a phone for any other company.
So, that was the final nail in the Sprint coffin.
Pay more, slower data rates, and no phones anyhow.
We were given a bunch of time in line to think about it, but it was pretty clear.
The Apple people were quite nice. While waiting in line they brought us water.

So, we got AT&T iPhones. They were all set up and working before we left for the store.
Then, we headed off to our favorite Indian restaurant a short ways from the store. It seemed like everyone was trying to get to the Apple store. Maybe all for iPhones.

This is the first photo I took with my iPhone.

Really, she had been smiling just a second before.
Sort of like this.

Then, we went over to the Whole Foods near there where they were having their 10th store opening party and sale.

Then, iPhones, food and leftovers on board, we headed home.

When I first read the web address on this truck I thought it said hamass not bamass.

I was surprised to see them in MA and doing trampolines...
Then, home again.
