Today was the dress rehearsal for our faire next weekend. So, people had to wear costumes.


We did find my wife’s costume just before we had to leave. Those pixies have a sense of humor all right.

As my wife says, anyone who can’t find her at the faire site isn’t looking.

It was a damp day, but some folks still went out to practice.


Most stayed in.



We do the last rehearsal in costume to find things like costume malfunctions.
It worked.


I hope all goes well next weekend. I hope the weather is like yesterday and not today.
I hope a good number of folks show up and have a good time.
I know my wife has done all possible to make that happen.
Hopefully the rest of us won’t let her down.

if i were your wife, i'd probably protest picture penchant.

since i'mnot, i have to say i find that corset-ing picture incredibly amusing. and yay finding it where pixies hid it!

in this case, i'd have to agree with him; the expression on your face is hysterical. and the corset/bodice is very nice. i love the design. and i'd have to assume it's good to fight in.
