No worries. But, 4 years ago it did happen to me. In one of my sword fights the guy I do it with gets me in an arm lock. One day he was enthusiastic and streached a muscle, I ended up in the ER with chest pains. It took them 6 hours to make sure it wasn't my heart. But, they did.
