Signs, signs, everywhere are signs

Tonight we were back over at yebo zosh’s to continue sign painting for our faire in August.
Their deck has not regrown.


My wife made up the signs she wanted as over head transparencies, and we copied them onto the actual signs.


Then, the rest of us filled in the letters with paint.


It got a bit more difficult as the sun set and it got dark. Not so much from the dark, but from the huge amount of bugs that swarmed us. So, no photos of the dark.
But, we got a bunch of the signs done.
Yay!

I remember going to a con and listening to an artist telling us mishap stories. One where she was doing a painting for a book cover in oils. She was working late in a garage and she left for a few minutes, but left the garage door open. When she came back the oil painting was covered in moths.

And Yeah for over head transparencies. I thought I was the only one who used them. =D
