I saw something strange at work today. A “Little Debbie Snack” truck backing out of the storage sheds across the street from us.

Is that where they are made? Who knew?

I’ve been checking for more ghost activity on the “ghost message board”, the window to the freezer at work.
But, so far, no messages.

I will admit to some ghost taunting today. I know it’s the kind of thing I complain about people doing in the movies. But, like them, I couldn’t resist.
A thunderstorm came over our factory just about lunch time. So, I went back and played at the computer where I saw what I saw.
I figured if that didn’t make it show up again, then nothing would.
Nothing showed up.
(I think my wife’s poltergeist explanation might still be best.)

There is certainly lots of weird ice in the freezer.

But, it’s cold enough to frost over the light bulb, so it isn’t that strange.

In the afternoon there were all sorts of storm warnings. I saw that there were two big sections of storm, one above route 9, one below. Since I drive down route 9 to get to our apartment that is on route 9 I thought I should try and reach that road before the storms hit below where I work.

The plan mostly worked. I got to 9 and the rain wasn’t bad.

But, just as I reached Shrewsbury, the storm did too.

Usually at this point you can see more of the city...

It might not look like much, but some of those streams in the parking lot are ankle deep.

We got a bunch of rain, but no tornadoes as in other parts of the state. A couple of storms listed as “capable of creating a tornado” came near us, but none that actually created one.
I’m just as glad.
