Textured air

I liked the week of rain.  The pollen level went way down.  (From 11 out of
12 to 1 out of 12.)  But, it is warm and sunny out there now, so it is back
up in the high range.

But now there is a lot more flying around in the air.
The result of all the plant sex landed on my windshield the other day.
There were so many seed pods on my car I had to use the windshield wipers
to clear it.

And, today there was a weird convergence of airborne things outside my
office.
First I saw a bunch of dandelion seeds float by from left to right.  Then a
bunch of tree “spinning” seed pods flew by from right to left.
Finally what looked like more seed pods took off straight up from in front
of my window.
Confused at how seeds fall up, I looked at the small garden in front of my
window.  There was an old stump there with a whole lot of termites on it
and they were all taking flight at once.  They look a lot like seed pods
when flying along with the wind, they just go uphill instead of down.

All three groups seem to converge on my car.
No wonder I cough a lot when I drive.
