It’s always a problem when riding a rollercoaster in the dark to know when
you’re on the last dip. The dips start off large and get steadily smaller.
But, there is often one large one that is near the end that you hit just
when you think you may be coasting into the station.
Granted these dips are never as big as the first one. But, they can still
catch you by surprise and throw you off.
I’m not sure where I am on the track. I’d like to think I’m near the end,
all of the dips have gone past and we can move on to other parts of the
park I find more enjoyable. I’m not sure it’s true, but I like to think it
is.
Yesterday I felt like the dead wet skunk in the rain. But, last night my
wife did make me a very nice pie. I’m told that is unique and special.
She may make pies for events, but I’m the only one she makes them for to
cheer someone up.
I’m not sure it’s true, but I like to think it is.
