Week in pictures
Dec. 20th, 2009 10:27 amI found the tree decorations in Lowell this week to be particularly nice.

Our course the fact that the side walks are under construction so you’ve got to walk in the road is a bit less nice. Maybe they’re trying to get you to walk under the trees to appreciate them better? Personally, I’d like it if they left one side of the road open for pedestrians, but that’s me...
The new Worcester court house is very nice and modern inside. But, it is as cold to people inside as the air was on the outside Thursday.

Driving through Worcester we passed “The Heights”. The place we lived for 10 years during and after college. (The red brick place on the corner.)

Roach infested fire trap? Yes.
But, as much of a place I think of home as any other I’ve had.
Then closing down the practice space.

We left the “Coat Of Arms” there on the wall.

As we said to Ray, the owner’s dad: “We don’t have the heart to throw it in the dumpster, but there is no way we’re taking it with us either.”
We emptied out all that was left and put it in my car.

We’ve been practicing at Hoops for about half the time the troupe has been around. And, it is sad to clean it out.

But, we’ve closed the door on other practice grounds and moved on, and we probably will again.

Then we were up at Tom and Brett’s house warming party.

I hadn’t seen the place since the last time we were cleaning it up just before they got married. It looks much nicer painted and with furniture.
Tom did buy the furniture one size too big. But, it’s good for seating a lot of people.

The only problem was when we all went to leave at once trying to get our coats on in the foyer.

This morning, snow.

Finally on the subject of “Night Elf Mohawks”...

I do think there are people that just shouldn’t look like Mr. T.
