Robot freezers

Today was my first day at the robot freezer company.
It's interesting work and there appears to be plenty of it.
I'm told that if I do a good job then there is a very good chance of a full time job out of it. So, as I would anyhow, I will do the best I can.
It is only about 20-30 minutes from home, which is about the same as the last job. Traffic is a bit worse, but I've driven through those bad spots before and know what to expect.
Hopefully it will work out. It certainly has a lot of potential.

Maybe by the middle of November you can lead the freezer robot army south to Mobile and melt them in the Gulf of Mexico!

Date: 2009-10-21 12:24 am (UTC)As long as they conform to the appended robotic laws for freezers..
Date: 2009-10-21 03:32 pm (UTC)Just don't let them near any mobile robots - I can see the tank treads coming with freeze-rays. Actually, I know some engineers up in Vermont who were developing a tank-treaded, self guiding (via GPS) reconnaissance robot with some AI ability for the government. The army wants to put a .50 caliber rifle on it too. Scenes from the Terminator run through my head..
