There is a lot of murmurings at my place about how much our "glorious incompetence" (my own term) and glaringly stupid mistakes and re-work costs us on a daily basis...Yet nothing seems to be done to fix the root of the problems, rather than playing the Blame Game.
So I often get the "You Only Have x amount of Time on this job" Yet, it takes me y amount of time, as has been the standard since I've started working there. Oh, not good enough.
The place is imploding. Does not bode well. But don't know what else to do. Very stressful and frustrating for me. So I feel your frustration too about where the next paycheck comes from and how you actually "earn" it.
