The Terminator broke my DVD player

Yesterday I was watching The Terminator DVD special edition about the making of the movie.
I shut it off at lunch time to call my wife, and after lunch it wouldn’t turn on again. I checked several other disks as well, including some I had watched this week, none worked.
Sad.
Even region free ones like this one don’t cost too much. But, it is annoying.
