fbhjrOne of the things that always impresses me about my wife is her competence. I’m not saying that she is great at everything. Like anyone else, she has things she is good at and things she isn’t good at.
But, that’s not the same a competence.
It is that she can get the job done.
What the job is doesn’t really matter.
If she can’t do it herself, she’ll find the people who can, or learn how to do it herself.
That might not sound like much.
But it is.
Far more people I know if they can’t do it themselves will just stop. Or, do a cursory hand off to someone else.
Getting stuff done is a rare ability. And, she’s got it.
But, that’s not the same a competence.
It is that she can get the job done.
