TPS reports

fbhjrThe CEO has finally come to realize my company has a quality problem. So, in typical fashion, he has gone to Disney World FL.
But he did leave us with a consultant to discuss the issues while he’s gone. Everyone on the engineering team is on the list of 2 dozen people to be “interviewed” to help determine what our ongoing quality issues are.
So, I get ½ hour with the consultant to explain what our issues are.
I’ve already been told I need to really trim down what I’m going to say.
We’ll see how it goes. I've got my NEW TPS report cover sheets ready...
