Last night we did a fire show at our friends regular game night. The main entry on that is on the Phoenix account here:

I was worried about the storm. It did look like it was going to go right over us, but did swerve at the last second.
Most of us found it very funny that one of the neighbors called the police on us. Our host’s father was the police chief in his home town, my wife and I both have family that are in law enforcement, so we showed the officer what was going on and he was fine with it.
I think the neighbors must of heard the drums, seen the fire and freaked out. Too bad for them I guess.
Sadly at the end of the night my wife did back into my car. I don’t think the damage is too bad as I got the bump out of the door just by opening and closing it and it popped back out. The paint is a bit scraped and I might have to do something about that.
It was great to see Noah do his fire staff with us. He isn’t 21 yet, so can’t do public performances with us, but he’s fine for this kind of show.
Due to the bad weather one of our new people didn’t show up. The other one just didn’t come, and we didn’t hear why. So, hopefully he’s OK.
We did have a bunch of folks show up for it, including some folks we hadn’t seen in a while. So, it was a good time. Police or not.
