Last Sunday we did have sword practice, even if only a few folks were there.
The Super Bowl is this week, so we’ll see who shows up.

I tried to buy tickets for the upcoming "Flora in Winter" at the art museum, but kept getting this error message on their website:

I did complain and today it worked, so I got our tickets.

We are NOT doing the Gulf Coast Ren faire this year (we did it 2002 to 2020), but they’re still using our photos in their ads.

Amazon just left some packages in the driveway of our apartment complex.

By the time I got on my shoes and jacket, someone had moved them out of the road.

I moved them to our foyer, looked up the address of the folks they should have gone to and called them. This morning one of the two was gone.

Neither were for our building, apartment complex or even the road we lived on. But, I still don’t think they should have been dropped in the road.

My company didn’t do well last year.
This week we publicly announced that.
The stock did this.

We laid off a bunch of folks Friday. No one in my department, but some folks I worked with in others. One I disliked intensely, so don’t really mind. But, one I did consider a friend and was sorry to see go. But, he was debating retiring this spring anyhow, so hopefully it won’t be too bad for him. (Hope he isn’t counting on company stock to retire with…)

Friday was game night. My wife didn’t feel well and stayed home. Not a lot of other folks were there. It was a nice visit, but I didn’t stay for the games and went home to be with my wife.
