This week’s practice

As it is mother’s day we had our sword practice on Saturday instead of the usual Sunday.
This also meant we had to hold it somewhere else.
So, we had it on the basketball court where we live.

Everyone showed up and we did the show there.




Doing a sword fight with someone 48 years younger than me will be interesting.



I have to admit that this photo of my doing the rapier fight with my wife makes me realize how much force is on the swords. Look at the bend.


You can see that it isn’t like that when they aren’t in contact.


The rest went better than last week.
