Week in photos
Jan. 9th, 2022 08:01 pmCovid is ripping through both my workplace and our sword troupe.
The sword troupe these days is me, my wife and three families. Two of them have at least one person with Covid right now. So, no practice.
My workplace someone came in to the office while we were away who knew they had it, but still came in and didn’t tell anyone. So, half the factory is out sick now, much of the test department is in quarantine and one of the folks who work for me came down with it Thursday.
I only went in one day and worked from home the rest of the week. So far, I don’t seem to have caught it, but I do worry.
This week we’ve had a lot of very nice sunsets.

It’s been very cold, but we have equipment from Antartica.

A big snow storm was expected Friday so Thursday the apartment complex decided to take care of some tree problems.

And, it was probably for the best.

It wasn’t a super amount of snow, but still the most we’ve had so far.

We were prepared.

We cleared off our cars when it stopped, but found a light had been left on in my wife’s car and the battery was dead. (Yeah, I know it is a photo of my car. I didn’t take one of her’s in the snow…)

Saturday we took my car into Worcester so we could both get our hair cut after our trip.

Apparently they do ghost’s hair too.

In the afternoon I called the auto club to come jumpstart my wife’s car.

We drove it around for an hour, but it didn’t fix it, so today I went and bought a new battery for it and put it in. When I started the car the radio randomly was playing "keep your hands off my power supply." Very strange.
My wife said she had very bad dreams last night. When I got up this morning I found that the dream catcher we have in the living room had slipped down the dagger it is on and was out of position. So, I pushed it back. Still strange.
