Deep south adventures day 18

We packed up all our suitcases and checked out of the hotel.


We drove up to see my wife’s uncle and aunt.


He had been in the hospital, so it was good to see him up and about.


I do see faces in their lampshades…


Then, back to Orlando to fly home.


I had expected the place to be crowded and it was.


The gate area was very busy as there were a bunch of planes delayed.




We did get on the plane.


Watched our cousin’s house pass by.


Soon, Boston was in sight.


And, we landed back in Boston.


At the luggage coral, I did wonder about the lone wheel riding around in circles.


When we got home we found that our friend had made us a lovely present for our return. It was a very nice thing to come home to.
