The return of Game Night!

I keep thinking I should do something interesting with my little model of my robot freezer. But, I haven’t been able to think of anything good, no matter who I ask for inspiration.


Folks are so happy to take off their masks you find them just lying in parking lots.


Friday was the first in person game night in almost a year and a half.
So, off we drove to our friends house on the other side of the lake.


We were so excited to go we forgot to bring the food we were going to grill there… But, folks were willing to share with us. That was greatly appreciated.

It was very nice to see folks in person again!


And, to sit down and eat together, even with borrowed food.


We did get to see what happens when librarians are quarantined.


Our first game was a 3D building game!


It went well.



Scoring was a bit more tricky counting all the blocks.


Then, a tile game with dragons.


Sadly, some of my eggs were empty.


Then, back across the rainbow bridge to home.


Today was certainly a summer day.


We were both very happy to go out to lunch at a real restaurant.
