Mutant powers, but not an X-Man

I went off to the periodontist today to check on how the work he did last week cutting my jaw down was healing.

The assistant who checked it out initially was very impressed. She said I must be very fast at healing to be this far along after only 6 days.
The doctor also seemed very happy with the healing when he looked.

It’s nice to know I’ve got a useful mutant power too.
My fast healing isn’t up to those in the X-Men movies, but it is certainly more useful than extra roots in my teeth or fronds under my tongue.

Afterwards I went to get my blood taken for next week’s medical exam.
Let’s hope that doctor is equally happy…
