Monday night we had dinner in Plymouth New Hampshire, so Tuesday morning we drove to Plymouth Massachusetts.

While waiting for our whale watch we went over to see the rock.

Then, back along the waterfront to our ship.

We did see a small, radio operated, pirate ship floating around.

We had a quick lunch, then got on board for the whale watch.

Everyone was happy.

Then, off to sea.

It takes a bit to get out of the harbor.

We did get a nice view of the old nuclear station that stoped working a month or so ago after more than 40 years.

Then, across Massachusetts bay looking for whales.

One dove just as we got to the area. So, we waited.

And, waited.

And, looked at the toilet paper come out of the back of the ship when folks flushed the toilets.

So, we headed out closer to the end of Cape Cod.

We found two ships from the oldest two companies that do whale watches.

Folks really went to look to port. A lot.

We did see a whale off to that side.

There were a lot of bubbles in the water.

We followed it for a bit.

The moon was very impressed.

Then, we left the end of the Cape.

We went off a few miles north and saw a pair of humpback whales.

There were a lot of boats around them, and they didn’t seem to like it.

So, we headed back to land.

The other ships could bother the whales.

It was a nice ride in.

The tide had come in some.

Even at high tide, I bet these folks worry about sea levels rising.

Into Plymouth harbor we sailed.

The pirate ship was waiting.

Walking back to the car we saw a horseshoe crab.

We did take a few last photos.

Horseshoe crabs are not crabs. They are spiders.
