Trip to England, day 3

The room that had theoretically been finished 5 days before needed the electricians to spend all day working on it the day after we got there. So, they asked us not to come by that day so they could work.

I did have a lot of design work to do, so I set up my laptop at the hotel and got to work.


The hotel seemed right under the landing path for one of London’s many airports.


I did go off to the super market. I was surprised to see American donuts there.


I bought lunch at a food kiosk and ate by the town fountain.



At the end of the day, my coworkers asked about dinner, so we walked to another place in town.


On the way home, there weren’t many people at the fountain, but the ducks liked it.
