Week in photos

Monday was quite cold.

My car actually said it was -21C, so even colder.

I had to get my car out of the frozen snow and ice from the day before.


Not everyone seemed to make it in to work in the cold after the snow.


We spent most of the week packing up our giant robot to install next week.
When taken apart there were a bunch of test tubes on the floor. It’s not supposed to drop them.


I’m leading next week’s team to build the robot at the customer’s site. Everyone is excited to spend the week in Pensilvania….


Either way, it is packed up to go.


When I got home, I found our apartment door open.

I checked everywhere, but no one seems to have come in. I guess the door was just not firmly latched in the morning…

Tuesday morning, I had trouble leaving because of parking in the snow.


Due to the problems with my car, I had to bring it to the local dealership.


We had the goodbye lunch for two of our junior engineers who are moving on to another department.


I got the pickled noodles. It didn’t really agree with me.


Look, I got home from work and there was still some light in the sky!


Friday it was off to Zosh and Yebo’s for game night.


Yebo’s birthday was the day before, so my wife ordered him a special pie. It came packed in dry ice.


The dry ice was fun.



We played a historical game.


Everyone was thrilled.


It was fun enough.


As we went back over the rainbow bridge the moon was rising. It looked great, but didn’t photograph well.


Today I picked up the rental car for my trip to PA.

Not a fan of Jeeps, but it was all they had we’d all fit in.
