Short week in photos

New Year’s eve was damp with some snow in the area.


We stayed in, and went to bed before midnight. I’m told the year went ahead and changed anyhow…

I did confirm we got our money back from my wife’s cake.


We’re only a few weeks past the darkest day of the year, but I’m starting to see more light in the mornings.


At some point soon, I’ll be moving to a new office in a new building. My new office will be the green one, my boss the red.

That assumes the plan doesn’t change again, and it has changed a lot…

We did have a bit of snow on my car the other day.


It snowed more durning the day.


The crack in the skin of the world has followed me to work. It showed up behind one of my coworkers at a meeting this week.


Today was damp and cool. Not really raining, but certainly not dry.


Tomorrow we restart sword practice. I unpacked and polished the two new swords my wife got me for Christmas. They’re based on illustrations in a medieval bible. No one is really sure if they made them this way or not.
