Plymouth State show

We got up pretty early and drove north to New Hampshire.

Plymouth is up along a river in the mountain area.

The farther up we went, the more it became clear why they had decided to move the faire indoors.

Due to the weather, the faire was held in the gymnasium on campus.

The rain came and went all day, but I’m OK with it being indoors.

We only did one show, so we spent some time looking into a newly discovered book on sword fighting.

There was also a bunch of waiting.

There were some singing groups too.

We talked a lot with the folks there. It is held by the Medieval Society so they have a lot of good questions.

There weren’t a lot of folks there at the show. But, they all watched when we did our show.

But, it was fairly empty.

Tom did some of the games.

This makes me thinks of the saying "the beatings will continue until moral improves".

But, Tom just played with his whip a lot as he wants to work on the fire whip in the future.
Then, home again.

We stopped at a sandwich shop where every sign other than the "we’re hiring" one was for their lobster sandwich.
But, when my wife asked for one, they didn’t have it.

It was nice that the show gave us a thank you note.
