Georgia O’Keeffe’s laundry

As we did a show yesterday, we didn’t do a sword practice today.

The Peabody Essex Museum in Salem was having a special Georgia O’Keeffe exhibit. As my wife is a fan of her work, we decided to go there.

There was a very small amount of snow, but not much.


On the way we decided to make a stop for breakfast items…

Then, off to the museum.


It was fairly crowded.


We went right for the exhibit we were there for.



As I said, my wife is a fan of her work. But, they seemed to have much more of what she wore than what she made.
I told my wife it was more an exhibit of her laundry.








There was some of her art.



One of the things I like about that museum is they show who did the exhibits.

More folks were getting into the museum.

Some of the things were interesting like a room of balloons.

Some were pretty strange like an exhibit on the spinning brushes from car washes.


Or quilts.


They had roombas fighting.


They had a very large collection of musical instruments that were made from guns taken in the drug war.



And, benches.


Finally, credits.


The museum was still filling up.


So, I went to the book shop.


Then, as we went home we saw a Tardis.


But, across the river towards home.


On the way home we stopped at the Indian restaurant we like.


A car pulled up, a man jumped out, took photos of the buffet through the window, then got back in the car and drove away.


One of my wife’s coworkers also showed up. But, he didn’t take photos…
