It was a cold and windy day. Much of the snow has melted since Tuesday. But, it was still well below freezing.

Next week we’ve got a show at a science fiction convention at Smith College:

So, pretty much all of this practice was getting ready for that.

We’re doing our historical show in the morning and in the afternoon we’re teaching a class where we will go over 5 different styles of curved weapon fighting from about 1400 to about 1600. (Messer, Gross Messer, falchion, dussack and sickle.)

Hopefully it will all go well.
