We had planned on having 11 people at the show last weekend. But, only a few weeks before we found that one of our people was bringing their whole family.

So, we went to 13 people.
To quote Gandalf: "you can stop at thirteen and have all the bad luck you like"

Now, 3.5% of the 346 shows we’ve done had 13 people. None of them were this bad, but some were close. (Our average at shows is 8.26 people. So, 13 is way more than normal.)

I’m not big on thinking bad luck goes with any particular number.
But, things did get better Sunday when we dropped to 12…
