Weeks in photos

The day after Labor Day I was in the office until 1:30 and then drove to the airport.

I really, really pondered going somewhere interesting…

Instead I went to Atlanta like I was supposed to.

Despite the issues I had getting boarding passes, I still got on my flights.

I thought the busiest airport in the world would be a pace I could get help with a Pokemon raid. This assumption was in error.

But, other than that, the airport seems to know what people like.

The flight home was so late the ground crew was doing pushups to keep themselves entertained.

But, the plane eventually showed up.

Although I didn’t get help in the Pokemon raids, I did still make level 30.

The rain followed me home.

This car is a big deal for my wife. She doesn’t understand why a car with out of state plates has been in our parking lot with two kayaks all summer.

Over the next weekend, we went up to New Hampshire to visit our friends.

Sadly, it had been too cold and rainy for swimming.

And, it got very rainy.

Sunday was more sunny.

Mike and I went off for breakfast supplies, but got to the market before they opened. So, we hung around the dam.

Interesting stuff.

Then, back to the dogs for breakfast.

We did have a nice visit under the leaves turning to fall.

But, eventually it was time to go.

As the autumn approaches, the sun is no longer up as I leave for work.

And, autumn has come to our valley, no doubt there.

Some of the weather is still nice to see.

The rainbow was nice for the end of the work week.

When I got home Friday, a toad was in our front foyer.

I have no idea how it would have opened the door to come in. I got it out.
