Back in Grand Rapids

fbhjrI can’t say I like these work day trips. Leave home at 4AM, fly somewhere for a day, then get home late at night.
I guess it’s better than things like 2 weeks in China, but it still makes for a long day.
Personally I think this whole trip could have been avoided if the company I’m visiting had a half-way decent design guide. But, they don’t. “Send us your product and we’ll mount our parts on it,” they say. That doesn’t help us design other product around it. So, I get to spend a day with their engineer. Hopefully it will do some good.
The good news is that Holly will be at home when I get back. I am very happy she decided to move back in with me. There are still a lot of things to work on, but I think it will be easier to work on them together.
She tells me that she moved back to burn through our problems quicker as the counselor said would happen if we were together. We’ll see.
