Dress rehearsal

fbhjrToday we had the dress rehearsal for next week’s show in Pensacola Florida.
I’m hoping it will be warmer and sunnier there than here, but today wasn’t too bad.
Certainly warm enough for us to work outside. (The last practice before last year’s show was much more cold with lots more snow: http://fbhjr.livejournal.com/971240.html
Everyone was happy to have a practice warm enough to hold outside.
Even young girls who are there to save our sword troupe.
So, practice we did.
John was there as well.
He’s not doing the show next week, but will be doing the show a month from now.
He brought his new wife with him. She’s totally OK with this.
OK, she was bored and cold.
We’ll see how that works out.
Things went better than I feared, but not as well as I hoped.
