Talking about how I don’t like this time of year the other day made me wonder if it is just my perception that this time of year has a lot of bad memories.

So, I wrote down a list of what I consider the worst things that have happened to me.
And, another list of the best things that have happened to me.

Once I had the list, I looked through my records to find out when they happened. (My LJ only goes back 9 years, but my off line journal goes back more than 20…)

The red dots are the bad. The green dots the good. I sized them based on how strongly I felt about them.
The big arrow at the top is galactic center. The smaller bar is where we are in our orbit around the sun now. (We’re going counter-clockwise. Don’t blame me, I didn’t start is spinning…)


So, there does seem to be a lot of bad here and on the other side from here.
There’s good and bad everywhere.
But, the bad does seem to clump up…
